In october 2008, Max Vauché received the 1st National Reward “Stars et Métiers” in the “Global Strategic Innovation” category for the Chocolate Factory creation: it’s also a reward from his help in favour to the cocoa producers from Sao Tome and Principe Island. This national reward is organized in partnership between the Populaire Bank and the Chamber of Trade to promote the excellence, audacity, innovation and to highlight the passionate entrepreneurs.
Since august 1st, 2008 Max Vauché expands his know-how producing his own chocolate.
To the Chocolatiers Laboratory Max Vauché added the “Couverturier” Laboratory where he’ll transform the cocoa bean to get the chocolate.
