A chocolate guided tour… Even if Max Vauché is a Master Chocolatier, he changes his chocolatier chef cap to historian professor cap. His goal is to share his knowledge about chocolate history, origins and transformation to all the visitors
Since the entrance door, the magic of the chocolate will start, you will travel to Sao Tomé Island, from the plantations, with the 3 different professions.
You will see the Cocoa Transformation Laboratory, where the chocolatiers will do the transformation from the bean to get the chocolate.
Through the shop Windows, you can see the chocolatiers working.
To top it all, we can appreciate the final tasting available at the shop or at the end of the guided tour. We see chocolate everywhere, so at the end of the day we know more about the chocolate history and manufacturing.
